Wanda Cochran Obituary

Wanda L. Cochran, age 77, of Wilson, MI passed away January 29, 2026, in Hopkins, South Carolina. She was born on July 21, 1948, in Virginia and was the daughter of Emory and Mary DeBusk. The former Wanda DeBusk married Steve Cochran on June 19, 1987, in Huron Township, MI and he preceded her in death on May 18, 2015.

Wanda and Steve move from Lower Michigan to Upper Michigan, after their retirement in 2000 settling in Wilson, MI. Wanda was a faithful member of the Bark River Bible Church, enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, snowshoeing and her home in Wilson.

Wanda is survived by daughter Tina (Chad) Brown of Elgin, SC, three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
