Veronica L. Jordan

Veronica L. Jordan, age 80, of Escanaba, passed away Thursday morning, October 13, 2022 at Christian Park Healthcare Center in Escanaba. She was born on July 18, 1942 in Queens, NY, the daughter of Gaetano and Dorothy (Harris) Fusco. Veronica was raised and graduated from high school in New York. She went on to work at Chemical Bank in New York and also worked as a bartender. Veronica traveled back and forth between New York, California, and Michigan and enjoyed living in all three states at various times. She married William Jordan and he preceded her in death in August of 2020. Veronica enjoyed playing cards and Bingo, but most of all, loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Veronica is survived by children, Donna Morris of WI, Sherry Cano of CA, Tammy Lake of TX, Doreen Jordan of Escanaba, and William Jordan, Jr. of CA; 15 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother, Gary Fusco of CA; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tracy Jordan; and brother, Richard Fusco.
