Timothy Noble Obituary

Timothy C. Noble, age 78, of Rapid River (Stonington), passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 6, 2021 at Christian Park Healthcare Center in Escanaba. He was born on July 20, 1943 in Highland Park, MI, the son of William and Eleanor (Christianson) Noble. Tim was a 1961 graduate of Cooley High School in Detroit, MI. Following high school, Tim served in the Michigan National Guard. He then worked at MichCon Gas Company for a few years before relocating to Stonington in 1968. Tim was employed as a salesman in retail sales until his retirement. In retirement, Tim took a job driving a bus for the Delta Area Transit Authority where he was known for his wit and fun-loving personality.

Timothy C. Noble is survived by several nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Eleanor Noble.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, July 16, 2021 at Lakewood Cemetery in Stonington with Rev. Diane Srutowski officiating. Burial will follow in Lakewood Cemetery.
