Richard L. Hunt, age 65, of 1502 Montana Ave. in Gladstone, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017 at U.P. Health System - Marquette. He was born on July 19, 1952 in Heidelberg, Germany, the son of Lloyd and Jane Hunt. Richard worked most of his life as a carpenter, applying his talents around the United States including; Virginia, California, and Las Vegas. Ten years ago, he moved to Gladstone to enjoy the peace and serenity the Upper Peninsula offered. Richard enjoyed fishing and anything to do with the outdoors. 

Richard L. Hunt is survived by special friend of many years, Jana Kartes of Gladstone. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Jane Hunt. 

Private family services were held at the Anderson Funeral Home in Gladstone.
