Erna and my father, Bert Sigfred, were cousins, yet I never really got to know her until I went to work at Jack's Resturant in Rapid River. Erna and Jack were frequent customers there and I became very fond of them. Erna was caring and always smiling. She expressed interest in me and my family and made me feel as though I had known her all my life. I will miss her and her smile. May her children find peace in knowing her life was spent caring for others and her kindness will always be remembered

Aunt Erna was such a great, kind person. We loved visiting & hearing about all the grandkids and what was going on in their lives. She will be sadly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
